Keyboard and Mouse: WASD for movement, aim with mouse and shoot laser with the Left Mouse Button.
Controller: Left stick for movement, Right stick for aiming and shoot with RB.

Download, extract and run! Easy as pie.
I tried getting it to export to web but it ended up being super laggy and kept crashing. So that is unfortunate.
